A quick diet tip

It is Normally seen that ladies munch on khakra and avoid roti so that they can consume less carbohydrates and lose weight faster.
So now a very interesting thing here is that the Gms of carbs in one khakra is equal to that in half whole wheat roti. But, one khakra doesn’t fill your stomach as half roti will do
So please don’t hesitate to have half roti roll with evening tea instead of having khakra without counting:)
