People with a Pitta constitution are moderately developed with slender bodies. They are broad chested and their muscles are adequately developed.
They have a medium height and possess thin, silky hair. Their eye’s are always moist and are usually grey in colour.
They have a strong digestive system, thus inducing a healthy appetite. They like sweet a lot.
The Mala (Excreta) tendency of these people is high, i.e. they perspire a lot, they urinate a lot (large volume) and the feces is moist and high in volume.
Intellectually they are sharp and possess good comprehensive and oratory skills.

Sour Fruits, Apricots, Berries, Bananas, Cherries, Cranberries, Grapefruit, Grapes (green), Lemons, Oranges (sour), Papaya, Peaches.
Vegetables you should eat:
Sweet & Bitter Vegetables, Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cucumber, Cauliflower, Celery, Green Beans, Leafy Greens, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Okra, Peas, Parsley, Peppers (green), Potatoes, Sprouts, Zucchini.
Vegetables you should avoid:
Pungent Vegetables, Beets, Carrots, Eggplant, Peppers (hot), Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes.
Grains you should eat:
Barley, Oats (cooked), Rice, Wheat.

Buckwheat, Corn, Millet, Oats (dry), Rye.
