Assignment- Day 1

Step 1: Write all the  negativities which you focus on dissolving in these 21 days on a sheet of paper and while writing feel the pain of having them so that when your dissolve these emotions, pain associated with them also dissolves

Now when you have written all the negative emotions on a sheet, name this sheet as CRAP sheet

C- Confusions creating troubles

R- Resistances responsible for failures

A- Anxieties every now and then

P- Patterns going wrong

After you have written your crap sheet, take a big bowl, (a metal or a mud bowl)

Take a lighter

Go in open space may be in balcony or terrace

And burn the paper 

While it burns, watch the flames.

Recite these lines out loud or in mind

I let go and I let god to enter in my life today 

To reorganise it and to transmute all this crap into love, faith and Peace

I let go❤️

Watch the flames and feel your crap going away from you

Say Thankyou to all this crap

*Thankyou darkness for showing me the importance of the divine light*

*Thankyou for leaving me forever*

Note: To make it’s impact stronger, write it in your first page of journal or a paper, and then recite

Writing imprints things in our subconscious mind
