Breakfast:

  • Option 1: 150g Any parantha by Ayustasya High Protein Flour
    150g Curd
    Ghee used: 10g

    100 Parantha from Ayustasya High Protein Flour
    Egg white omellette (1 whole and 1 egg white)
    Ghee used: 10g
  • Option 3
    Missa Parantha from Ayustasya High Protein Flour 150g
    Curd 150g
    Ghee used 10g

Midnoon Options

  • Premium Herbal Tea by Satnaam Herbals: One cup
  • Snack: Ten Almonds

Lunch:

  • 60g Chapati from Ayustasya High Protein Flour
  • 200 GM’s any sabzi
  • Ghee used: 5 gm’s

Evening Snack:

  • Regular tea with 50ml milk and one drop of Satnaam Herbals Sweetener
    With Makhana or Murmura 10gms

Dinner:

  • 50g Chapati from Ayustasya High Protein Flour
  • 200gms Daal or Legume (any)
  • Ghee used: 5 gm’s

Bedtime:

  • Milk 150ml
