What you are eating definitely affects your health, not weight.
So I always advise to have homemade food then let it be whatever you make it at home.
So what affects the weight?
The portions and the timings in which you are eating affects your weight. Simple 🙂
Handful Mini meals and two hands full main meals is the trick. Follow and lose.
